Study Abroad

In English, in Paris

ILERI offers students willing to spend a semester abroad the opportunity to come and study international relations in Paris. All classes for the spring semester at the master level are held in English. French language classes are part of the curriculum.


Curriculum

 

There are approximately 20 hours of classes each week. Presence at all classes is mandatory. Students who successfully complete their semester will earn 30 ECTS.

Subjects include:

  • Humanitarian Law
  • International Business Law
  • International Relations and Environmental Issues
  • Democratic Transition
  • Sociology of International Relations
  • Geopolitics of Religion
  • Financial Circuits and Markets
  • European Monetary Construction
  • French as a Foreign Language
  • Dissertation

All students are required to submit a dissertation under the guidance of an ILERI research tutor.


Additional Information

 

Application deadline for the spring semester is 1 december 2016. While ILERI does not offer student accommodation, varieties of services are available to help students find an appartment (more information here). International students who are not citizens of the EU may need a visa to enter France. This course is also open to French students who wish to benefit from a semester in English while remaining in France

Language requirments: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 89. No French prerequisite.

Beginning of the semester: 30 January 2017
Holidays: 16 March 2017 – 26 March 2017
End of classes: 21 April 2017
Exams: 24 April 2017 – 28 April 2017

Semester fees are 4250€.
